The general conditions of sale below apply for any reservation made by a customer with praguestagpremium.com

BOOKING CONDITIONS

evg-premium.com undertakes to respond to requests received as follows:

Request for an offer and / or reservation: 48 hours *

* within working hours (09:00 – 17:30 CET) Monday to Friday.

To be accepted by evg-premium.com, a request for quotation or reservation must be communicated to us in writing email or fill the form available on the website, which implies that you accept the general conditions of evg-premium.com . All bookings usually follow the same procedure, but there may be specific conditions that apply, in which case they will be included in our offer.

PAYMENT TERMS

The payment to evg-premium.com can be done by credit card or by bank transfer according to the choice of the customer, and also according to the amount of the order.

For payments by credit card, evg-premium.com will make a payment request via the secure Paypal server with an invoice sent to the email address of the customer about 14 days before his arrival and for the amount agreed with the customer. Payment is in Euros for Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard.

For payments by bank transfer, evg-premium.com issues an invoice for the total amount of the services ordered. Once the transfer request is approved by the customer’s bank, the customer must fax (or send a scan by email) to evg-premium.com the bank draft of the transfer order confirmed by his bank with reference booking number. Once the payment has been made, evg-premium.com will send the customer the confirmation voucher certifying the booking and payment by the customer. The customer must print this voucher and present it to the competent personnel upon arrival.

Payment by bank transfer must be made at the latest:

100% of the amount due 2 weeks before arrival

In the case of a last minute booking, the payment conditions will be decided on a case by case basis.

In case of late payment, evg-premium.com reserves the right to apply a late payment fee of 1% per day late.

IMPORTANT – ATTENTION!
evg-premium.com reserves the right to cancel all or part of a reservation if the payment conditions are not respected by the customer.

evg-premium.com reserves the right to change the rate and or services at any time, only the rate and the final program listed on the quote is valid and contractual.

evg-premium.com can guarantee the proposed prices only to the extent that no legislative change or any other external event will modify the rates.

TERMS OF CANCELATION
Accommodation
More than 15 days before arrival no fees

14 to 4 days before arrival 15 Euros of application fees will be retained

3 to 0 days before arrival 100% of the first night

“No show” / no show 100% of the total amount

Bachelor party activities

14 – 8 days before arrival 25% of the total amount

7 – 0 days before arrival 100% of the total amount

No show / no show 100% of the total amount

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to evg-premium.com. The reference date will be the day that evg-premium.com receives the cancellation request in writing. The cancellation becomes effective once it has been confirmed by evg-premium.com to the customer.

In the event of a decrease in the number of participants within the limit of 10%, 25% of cancellation fees will be counted.

TRANSFERS – TRANSPORT
More than 15 days before arrival no fees

14 to 4 days before arrival 15 Euros of application fees will be retained

3 to 0 days before arrival 100% of the total amount

“No show” (1 hour after HRA) * 100% of the total amount

IMPORTANT – ATTENTION!
The customer has 1 hour after landing his plane to check in and find the driver or guide. After this period, and unless the customer calls the emergency number of evg-premium.com to inform us of a particular situation, the transfer is no longer guaranteed by evg-premium.com. The emergency number is on all vouchers issued by evg-premium.com.

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to evg-premium.com. The reference date will be the day that evg-premium.com receives the cancellation request in writing. The cancellation becomes effective once it has been confirmed by evg-premium.com to the customer.

In the event of a decrease in the number of participants within the limit of 10%, no cancellation fee will be charged.

CLAIMS / REFUNDS
Any claim concerning a service provided by Weekend-prague.fr must be communicated to evg-premium.com no later than 21 days after the departure of the customers. After this period, no requests will be made.

DISPUTES
Settlement out of court will be the preferred method of resolving a dispute. In the absence of amicable settlement, the dispute will be forwarded to the competent legal authorities in the Czech Republic.
