TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions apply to any reservation made with praguestagpremium.com.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
praguestagpremium.com undertakes to respond to all requests as follows:
Request for a quote and/or reservation: within 48 hours
(During business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 CET)
To be accepted, all quote or booking requests must be submitted in writing via email or by completing the form available on our website. Submitting a request implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Most bookings follow the same standard procedure, though some specific terms may apply and will be outlined in the official quote if necessary.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments to praguestagpremium.com can be made via credit card or bank transfer, depending on the client’s preference and the total amount due.
Credit Card Payments:
We will send a payment request via the secure PayPal platform to the email address provided by the client, approximately 14 days before arrival, for the agreed amount. Payments are processed in euros using Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.
Bank Transfer Payments:
An invoice will be issued for the total amount of services. Once the bank transfer has been initiated, the client must send a confirmation by email (a scanned proof of the transfer, including the booking reference). Upon receipt of payment, praguestagpremium.com will issue a confirmation voucher, which must be printed and presented upon arrival.
Bank transfers must be completed no later than:

100% of the amount due: 14 days before arrival
In case of last-minute bookings, payment terms will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
Late Payments:
Late payment fees of 1% per day may apply.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
praguestagpremium.com reserves the right to cancel all or part of a booking if the payment terms are not respected.
Rates and services are subject to change at any time; however, the final price and program detailed in the confirmed quote remain binding.
Prices are guaranteed unless affected by legislative changes or unforeseen external events.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Accommodation:

More than 15 days before arrival: No cancellation fee

14 to 4 days before arrival: €15 administration fee

3 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the first night

No-show: 100% of the total amount
Bachelor Party Activities:

14 to 8 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount

7 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

No-show: 100% of the total amount
Transfers / Transportation:
-
More than 15 days before arrival: No cancellation fee

14 to 4 days before arrival: €15 administration fee

3 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

No-show (1 hour after scheduled arrival): 100% of the total amount
For all cancellations, the request must be made in writing by email. The effective cancellation date is the date on which praguestagpremium.com receives the written request. The cancellation becomes valid once confirmed by us.
In the case of a reduction in group size (up to 10% of the group), a 25% cancellation fee will apply for the reduced participants (for activities). No fee applies for transfers.
⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR TRANSFERS
Clients have up to 1 hour after landing to meet their driver or guide. After this period, and unless the emergency number (included on all vouchers) has been called to notify us of a delay, the transfer is no longer guaranteed.
CLAIMS & REFUNDS
Any complaints related to services must be submitted within 21 days after the group’s departure.
After this period, no claims will be processed.
DISPUTES
In case of disagreement, both parties will seek an amicable resolution first.
If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
